About the Role

As a Sales Experience Assistant, you'll be part of the team bringing the Rich Glen experience to life.

Your weekends will involve:

- Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, memorable shopping experience.
- Providing personalised service and confidently recommending products.
- Sharing your knowledge of our products and the Rich Glen story.




- Driving sales through genuine customer connections.
- Keeping our store beautifully presented, stocked and inviting.
- Processing sales and supporting day-to-day store operations.
- Working alongside a passionate team to create a great store atmosphere.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys retail and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous retail experience and confidence in a customer-facing role.
- A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome.
- Strong selling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability, initiative and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.
- Availability to work weekends.
