Bapcor is seeking a Rostering Specialist to join the Trade People & Culture team on a secondment. You will become the subject-matter expert for rostering, labour optimisation and workforce compliance across the Burson network, analysing rosters and data to identify opportunities while providing coaching and guidance to operations leaders.
Work closely with Regional and Store Managers to improve rostering practices with a focus on customer service, team member experience and labour
