The Suburban in Ringwood, VIC is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a full time position based in Ringwood, VIC 3134. You will work with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation while overseeing kitchen staff.

You will lead during service, assist in menu development, monitor food safety, manage inventory, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless service.
