MannaCare in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Community Services Manager on a permanent full time basis. You will lead the Rostering Team Lead, Community Support Worker Team Leaders, Social Support Groups and Admission/Intake Coordinator to ensure effective service delivery for older people in-home and in the community.

You will oversee workforce rostering, client intake, KPI monitoring, and compliance with aged care standards and SCHADS funding.
