IMPACT Community Services Limited in Bundaberg is recruiting multiple casual NDIS Supported Employee Support Workers for our Material Recovery Facility. You will assist participants on-the-job to develop and maintain employment and employment skills.

You will provide advocacy and support throughout the employment lifecycle, helping participants implement their NDIS goals in the workplace, and complete daily case notes and online records to meet contractual requirements.
