Barbell Foods in Canberra, ACT is seeking a Part time Customer Service Coordinator. The role is a permanent part-time, 15 hours per week, with a training month in the Canberra office followed by a hybrid pattern of three mornings in the office and two days from home.

You will manage customer enquiries via email, phone, social media, reviews and live chat; coordinate urgent order changes, cancellations, and customer requests; and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
