MAYDAY Recruitment Group in Sydney is seeking experienced Customer Service Insurance Agents to support inbound and retention teams across busy contact centres. Immediate start for 3-6 month temporary assignments, full time hours, with a hourly rate of $38-40 plus super.

You will handle high-volume calls across multiple insurance products (home, pet, boat), assist with renewals and policy changes, and focus on retaining customers through effective conversations.
