Hume Anglican Grammar in Melbourne seeks a HR Business Partner to lead workforce planning, people analytics, and HR systems across campuses. The role supports the Director of Human Resources and partners with the Senior Leadership Team to plan growth, workforce sustainability, and operational effectiveness.

This senior, full-time position (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE negotiable) starts 2 November 2026, with six weeks of paid annual leave. Solid data analysis and confidentiality are essential.
