Westfund is seeking a permanent HR Manager based in Lithgow, NSW, with hybrid work and regional travel across NSW and Queensland. You will lead HR operations for around 240 staff across 12 locations, covering employee relations, industrial relations, contracts, payroll and recruitment, reporting to the Chief People Officer and guiding a team of five.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on practical HR delivery, policy development, and partnering with leaders to support performance, wellbeing
