We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our vibrant, growing Mortgage Settlements team in Sydney. This is a dynamic role offering exposure to a broad range of mortgage settlement and conveyancing matters, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client service.

About the Role





Checking and verifying signed loan documents

Liaising with key stakeholders to coordinate and manage settlements

Accurately entering information into the PEXA system.

General file management and updating of internal systems

Skills and Experience

Previous experience or knowledge in the mortgage industry as a paralegal, conveyancer, or verifications officer is desirable

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Highly developed customer service skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
