Richmond Roads Group is looking for an experienced Asphalt Foreman/Supervisor to join our team and lead asphalt crew with works across South East Queensland.

What you'll be doing

- Lead from the front: Manage and coordinate asphalt laying operations while working hands-on alongside the crew coordinating daily asphalt crew operations on site
- Organising plant, trucks, equipment and site setup to keep jobs running efficiently.
- Overseeing asphalt laying, levels, compaction and finished quality.




- Reading plans and job scopes to deliver work to specification.
- Keeping the crew focused on safety, productivity and getting the job done right.
- Working closely with supervisors, clients and the wider team.

What we're looking for

- Solid hands-on experience in asphalt laying.
- The ability to lead a crew and keep work progressing.
- A positive understanding of paving operations, levels and compaction.
- A practical, organised approach with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Someone reliable who takes ownership of their work and leads by example.
- A HR or HC licence and current VOCs for roller and paver operation will be highly regarded.
