The organisation delivers occupational therapy and other allied. We are NDIS registered provider since 2019. We have multiple branches around 50 people working for us within a collaborative multidisciplinary workplace.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing Allied Health team. This role involves managing a diverse pediatric and adult caseload, providing evidence-based assessments, interventions, and support to enhance clients' independence, participation, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children and adults.
- Conduct FCA (Functional Capacity Assessments)
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on client goals.
- Deliver interventions addressing sensory, developmental, physical, cognitive, behavioural, and functional needs.
- Support children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning challenges.
- Assist adults with disability, neurological conditions, mental health concerns, chronic health conditions, and functional limitations.
- Complete clinical documentation, reports, assessments,



and progress notes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with GPs, psychologists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, support coordinators, educators, and family members.
- Provide recommendations for assistive technology, home modifications, and functional support strategies where appropriate.
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Master's degree in occupational therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Current Victorian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Desirable Experience working with pediatric clients and adults across community, clinic, or NDIS settings.
- Knowledge of NDIS processes, functional assessments, and assistive technology.
- Experience completing functional capacity assessments and intervention reports.
- Experience in sensory integration, autism, and developmental assessments.
