Implementation and Operations Lead - Logistics Start Up

Ever thought there has to be a better way to run freight? So did we, so we built it.

We're an Australian logistics technology start-up founded by people who have spent their careers running freight operations. We're solving a problem every forwarder knows well and nobody has fixed. The platform is built, our first customer is going live and more are lined up behind them. We're keeping the detail under wraps for now. Shortlisted candidates will get the full story.

The role

This is a founding role, working directly with the founder. You'll take each new customer from signed agreement to running smoothly on the platform, and keep them there.

Lead customer implementations: understand how they work today, set the platform up around it, train their team and manage go-live

Run day-to-day operations for live customers and fix problems before they have to ask

Keep customers, transport providers and our developers working together





Test current features against real-world operations and say plainly whether they're ready

Build the processes and playbook as we grow

About you

Freight forwarding background with solid FCL import and/or export experience

CargoWise (CW1) experience highly regarded

System savvy and quick to pick up new technology

Comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders at once

Self-starting and motivated. You'd rather build something than inherit it

Project management or system implementation experience a big plus

A strong industry network is a bonus

Analytical mind-set and experience

What's on offer

- $100,000 to $110,000 plus super p.a.
