Graceville Dental Practice is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and capable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.

We're a friendly dental practice with two treatment rooms and three dentists. Under new ownership, we're entering an exciting new chapter, introducing modern technology and expanding our services.

About the role





You'll be the welcoming face and friendly voice of Graceville Dental Practice, helping our patients feel comfortable and ensure the practice runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression.
- Answering phones, responding to enquiries and managing appointments.
- Maintaining an organised and efficient appointment book.
- Processing payments and health fund claims.
- Communicating with patients about appointments and treatment.
- Supporting our dentists and clinical team throughout the day.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming practice.
- Assisting with sterilisation and clinical duties when required.

- Previous dental reception experience would be ideal, but it's not essential.
