As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will serve as a primary point of contact for travelers from initial planning through trip completion. Your mission is to provide clear communication, manage changes, answer questions, and ensure travelers feel informed and supported at every stage of their journey. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver guidance that aligns with their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with questions and travel updates.
- Provide destination insights and requirements.
- Confirm itineraries and travel details.
- Offer proactive communication and support.
- Engage with client inquiries across email, phone, and messaging channels with timely, polished communication.
- Support travelers with booking updates, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date insights on destinations, travel documents, and agency procedures.
- Follow up to confirm trip details and gather feedback post‑travel.
- Resolve concerns with empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize and manage travel itineraries for clients.
- Liaise with travel providers to secure the best deals and rates for clients.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients regarding travel regulations and visa requirements.
- Process travel bookings efficiently using industry‑standard booking software.
- Assist clients with travel queries and complaints and provide timely resolution.




- Promote additional travel services and products to maximize sales and revenue.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel industry trends and developments.
- Ensure client information is kept confidential and secure.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Familiarity with office software programs and booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.
