What the role requires:





- Experience in MEP estimating or cost planning within construction, building services or consultancy
- Ability to prepare detailed estimates, cost plans and tender assessments
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction costs and procurement
- Experience with estimating software such as CostX, InEight or similar
- Data centre experience would be advantageous, although candidates from other technically complex building sectors will be considered
