MOBILISATION COORDINATOR Location: South Perth, WA

Ready to keep people moving and projects running? Join our team! Tecside are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing blue-collar team.

Working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the mobilisation of workers across a range of blue-collar industries, ensuring candidates are compliant, site-ready and ready to hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing onboarding, inductions, medicals, drug and alcohol screenings, and pre-employment checks.
- Ensuring all worker documentation, tickets, licences and compliance requirements are up to date.
- Liaising with candidates, recruiters and site contacts to ensure a smooth mobilisation process.
- Coordinating site access, travel and accommodation where required.
- Tracking mobilisation progress and proactively following up outstanding requirements.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and recruitment systems.
- Troubleshooting mobilisation issues and ensuring workers are ready to commence on time.

What we’re looking for:





- Experience in mobilisation, recruitment coordination, workforce administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with candidates, clients and internal teams.
- Experience within blue-collar recruitment, construction, civil, mining, industrial or labour hire will be highly regarded.
