EMF Access is a growing WA-based company specialising in scaffolding and rope access services across the mining, construction and oil & gas industries.

Working from our Landsdale office, you will join our friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced, varied role covering recruitment, mobilisation and day-to-day operations.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in recruitment and mobilisation within the mining, construction or resources industries, who has a outstanding attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine team-first approach.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising positions, screening applicants and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools of qualified tradespeople to support upcoming shutdowns, ongoing projects and future workforce requirements.
- Coordinate the process of new employee end-to-end onboarding and ensure all requirements are completed in accordance with each site's requirements.
- Arrange flights and accommodation
- Maintain personnel rosters and mobilisation schedules.
- Coordinate medicals, inductions and training specific to each role/site.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees and clients.
- Action timesheets and assist with payroll preparation.




- Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment information and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with our Admin Manager and wider team, assisting with other general administration tasks as required.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Possess:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in mobilisation within the mining or resources industry.
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the mining, construction or FIFO sectors.
- Experience sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Sound knowledge of mobilisation requirements, onboarding and site compliance.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with employees, candidates and clients.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise ever-changing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work within a team.

Additional Skills That Will Strengthen Your Application:

- Experience recruiting scaffolding, rope access and mechanical trades
- Experience using recruitment platforms and candidate management systems
- Familiarity with mining industry onboarding and mobilisation systems.
