Hey guys!

Im hiring in preparation for a busy wet season of mowing ahead!

Im looking for someone who has at least 6 months of work in a similar role that has involved using a zero turn ride on mower and whipper snipping. Please don't apply if you do not have this level of experience as I am not offering equipment training on the job, this is a hit the ground running position.

The new recruit will be out there working independently, given a list of jobs for the week and expected to complete them to qualified standard within certain time frames.

You must be very reliable and a great communicator. There is nothing we can't work around if we are both on the same page.

As well as this, the right candidate is someone who takes pride in looking after their health and enjoys a physically demanding job. You need to be able to support your body correctly to deal with the demands of this position otherwise you can easily get heat stroke in these conditions.

There is absolutely no smoking/vaping whilst in work hours - please dont apply if this is an issue.

Pay is well above award rate for the person who fits the above description. This pay will kick in once you are working by yourself and completing all jobs for the week. 12% Superannuation paid ontop of $40ph and regular bonuses.

Working by yourself without the boss looking over your shoulder or micromanaging you.

Working on beautiful properties, all of which have been maintained for at least a year by us and are owned by a fantastic base of lovely clients. The majority of jobs are ride on/whipper snipping.
