- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions,

valuers, councils and other key stakeholders.
- Provide asset management expertise and commercial input into acquisitions, developments and broader investment decisions.
- Maintain a strong presence across the national portfolio, including regular interstate travel to engage with local teams and maintain first-hand knowledge of individual assets.

About You You will be an accomplished property professional with strong commercial judgement and the ability to operate effectively at both a strategic and hands-on level.

You Will Bring:

- 10+ years’ experience in property and asset management, ideally across substantial or geographically diverse portfolios.
- A minimum of five years’ experience directly managing B Grade commercial office assets, with a strong understanding of the leasing, tenant retention, capital expenditure and repositioning strategies associated with this asset class.
- Demonstrated experience building, improving or transforming an asset management function or platform.
- Strong commercial capability across leasing strategy, financial performance, capital planning and portfolio optimisation.
- Experience implementing effective governance,

reporting and operating frameworks across multiple assets or locations.
- A proven track record of leading and developing internal teams while successfully managing external property and professional service providers.
- The credibility and communication skills to engage effectively with owners, Directors, senior executives and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, commercially focused and outcomes-driven approach, together with the flexibility to travel nationally as required.

What’s on Offer? This is an opportunity to take on a highly influential position within an established private property group, with the mandate to shape how its national portfolio is managed and positioned for future growth.

- Executive-level remuneration, including performance-related incentives.
- Direct exposure to ownership and genuine involvement in strategic property and investment decisions.
- The opportunity to shape and strengthen a national asset management function.
- Responsibility for a diverse portfolio with significant scope for asset optimisation and value creation.
- A pivotal leadership role as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
