IEPro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial performance across a growing portfolio of civil infrastructure projects in Queensland. Based from Brisbane or the Gold Coast, you will work closely with delivery teams to influence project performance and provide practical commercial support.

You will oversee contract administration, claims and variations, forecast and report on financials, and develop robust commercial systems across the portfolio.
