About Juicello

Summer is our busiest time of year, and we're expanding our team!

Juicello is an established Melbourne juice and smoothie brand operating at the iconic South Melbourne Market and major festivals and events across Victoria.

With our peak summer season approaching, we're looking for experienced, energetic and reliable hospitality staff who thrive in busy environments and enjoy being part of a hardworking team.

We're not just looking for someone to fill a shift. We want people who take pride in their work, show initiative and can keep up with the fast pace of our business.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking two experienced hospitality team members who can confidently step into a busy juice bar environment.

To be considered, you must have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, such as a café, juice bar, restaurant or similar

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions

- Strong food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

- Ability to multitask, prioritise and think ahead

- A proactive attitude - someone who sees what needs to be done without always being asked

- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team





Previous juice bar or smoothie-making experience is highly regarded but not essential if you have strong hospitality experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Preparing fresh juices, smoothies, açaí bowls and other menu items

- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service

- Handling high-volume orders during busy market periods

- Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards

- Restocking ingredients and preparing products for service

- Working closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Taking initiative and supporting the team wherever needed

Availability

Our busiest trading period is approaching, so availability throughout the summer season is essential, particularly during November, December and January.

Applicants must be available to work across our Wednesday to Sunday trading days, including weekends.

Flexibility to work additional shifts during busy periods will be highly regarded.

Our Recruitment Process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview, followed by a paid trial shift with our management team.

We'll be assessing practical skills, speed, efficiency, cleanliness, teamwork and customer service.
