About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and results driven Supervisor to join our growing commercial cleaning division looking after multiple sites. This full-time position (Monday - Saturday with flexibility) offers a competitive salary package and a professional working environment that supports development and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service delivery is maintained at a high standard and leading a team of cleaning personnel across the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service delivery
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards




- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvements where required
- Provide leadership, support, and training to cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance
- Conduct regular site audits, toolbox talks, and staff meetings
- Identify potential opportunities for additional services across existing contracts

Skills and Experience Required

- Proven experience in site or area supervision, preferably within the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
- Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Flexibility with working hours to meet client and operational requirements
