Peter Alexander is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Eastland store in Melbourne. You will support the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales and maintain an organised, welcoming store setting. This full-time role requires weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability.

You will train and develop the team, manage rosters, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere while delivering KPI targets in a fast-paced fashion retail context.
