Selby’s is Australia’s largest specialist flag and banner manufacturer, supplying custom flags, banners, signage and display products to councils, businesses and event organisations across Australia.

We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Dispatch & Inwards Goods Officer to join our production team at our Dandenong South facility.

This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of getting orders out on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Check finished goods against job paperwork to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
- Arrange freight bookings and prepare consignment notes and dispatch documentation.
- Receive incoming goods, check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damaged stock.
- Unload, move and store incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials are readily accessible.




- Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure jobs are dispatched on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and dispatch area.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or inwards goods.
- Strong attention to detail and valuable organisational skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- A reliable, proactive approach and a willingness to get involved.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow job paperwork and procedures.
- A current forklift licence and forklift experience
