Gadens is seeking a passionate Legal Assistant to support a busy litigation and corporate team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare documentation with accuracy and discretion.

You will liaise with Partners, lawyers and clients, assist with file openings and billing, and contribute to business development and client proposals.
