Paradise Resort Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the resort's finance function and support strategic decisions. The role reports to the General Manager and combines financial management with hands-on leadership across departments.

The ideal candidate has senior finance leadership experience in hospitality, with solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, plus a collaborative, mentoring leadership style.
