Infinite Care Tweed is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to expand their expertise in the Assessment and Care Planning space. This full time role is Monday to Friday day shifts, based at our Tweed Heads West facility, and involves delivering person-centred care to residents.

You will manage an Assessment and Care Planning portfolio, maintain accurate documentation, and work with a supportive team including personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality staff.
