Join the dynamic team at KSM Design & Construct as a Site Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of a $30M construction project in Doncaster, Victoria. This full time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and lead a team in the fast-paced construction industry.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and provide regular progress updates

Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to site personnel

Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and inspections are obtained in a timely manner

Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and addressing any risks or challenges

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry





Proven track record of successfully managing high end residential / commercial construction projects

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and foster a positive, productive work environment
