Embrace Community Care is seeking a motivated, caring and reliable person to join our team as a Team Leader in the Picton NSW.

About The Role

- Supporting and guiding Support Workers
- Assisting with day-to-day service coordination
- Communicating effectively with participants, families and staff
- Helping ensure supports are delivered according to participant needs and preferences
- Supporting staff with day-to-day questions and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and shift information
- Promoting a positive, respectful and inclusive environment
- Following Embrace Community Care policies, procedures and NDIS requirements
- Identifying and escalating concerns, incidents and issues to management when required
- Supporting effective communication between staff, participants and management
- Helping maintain a safe and supportive environment for participants and staff

About You

- Caring, reliable and responsible




- A confident and effective communicator
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with people with disability and their support teams
- Willing to learn and develop leadership skills
- Passionate about supporting people with disability
- Respectful of participant choice, dignity, rights and independence
- Able to work independently and take initiative when required
- Qualified and committed to providing high-quality support
