Randstad HR Partners is seeking an HR Business Partner for a full time permanent role based in Port Melbourne. You will own designated portfolios across Victoria and Tasmania, reporting to the HR Manager, and serve as the main contact for leaders and employees.
You will handle day-to-day HR matters, provide practical ER/IR advice, run local reward, recognition, and retention programs, coach managers through people challenges, and oversee recruitment for corporate and unit roles.
