Ability Action Australia is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our North Lakes team in February 2027. You will support NDIS participants in the NorthBrisbaneRegion, build cooperative plans with families and carers, and implement person-centred strategies aimed at reducing restrictive practices.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload with ongoing monitoring, and contribute to empowering participants to lead fuller lives in community and home
