We're 18 months in, we've found our groove, and things are getting exciting!

At Made Healthy, we're not your average café.

We've spent the past 18 months building something pretty special. We've opened three stores across Melbourne's CBD, fine-tuned our offering, built an incredible team, and created a fresh, fun approach to healthy food on the go.

Now we're looking for some more hospitality superstars to join the fun!

We're not necessarily looking for supervisors (although if you've got leadership ambitions, there's definitely room to grow!). We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic people who love hospitality, genuinely enjoy making someone's day and bring great vibes to work.

A little about us...

Made Healthy is all about making fresh, wholesome food convenient, delicious and FUN!

Think handcrafted sandwiches, wraps, salads, fresh yoghurt on tap, açai bowls, frozen yoghurt, delicious coffee, hot meals and plenty more.

We're fast-paced, innovative, a little bit different, and always looking for ways to make things better.

But the best part? Our team.

We've built a genuinely awesome crew who work hard, have a laugh, support each other and take pride in what we do. We're big believers that you can deliver exceptional service while still having a great time at work.

We're on the hunt for people who:

- Love people! You're naturally friendly, bubbly and genuinely enjoy chatting with customers.

- Bring the energy. You've got a positive attitude and know how to make a busy shift fun.

- Know great service. You understand the little things that turn a regular customer into a loyal one.

- Thrive when it's busy. You can keep your cool,



move quickly and still deliver service with a smile.

- Are team players. You jump in, help out and genuinely care about the people you work with.

- Have hospitality experience. You've worked in cafés, food retail or similar fast-paced environments.

- Can make a great coffee. Barista skills and latte art experience are highly regarded.

- Want to grow. Whether you're happy being an amazing team member or have your sights set on running a store one day, we'd love to hear from you.

The details

- Location: Melbourne CBD

- Employment: Casual

- Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week

- Availability: Monday to Friday, with shifts between approximately 7:15am and 5:30pm

- Weekends: Never!
