About the role

We are looking for a confident, people-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from their first enquiry through to treatment. You may already be a Treatment Coordinator, or an experienced dental receptionist or assistant ready to step into a more consultative role.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome new patients, understand their goals and guide them through their treatment journey
- Explain treatment options and payment plans clearly and confidently
- Coordinate treatment reservations, administration and patient follow-up
- Support practitioners and help create a smooth, personal new-patient experience
- Capture clinical before-and-after photographs and celebrate patient outcomes

About you

- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, or around three years in dental reception or assisting
- Warm, professional communication, empathy and the confidence to build trust
- Solid organisation, initiative and the ability to think on your feet
- A positive team mindset and genuine openness to coaching and continuous improvement




- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting and radiology qualifications are welcome but not essential
