Week 1

- Monday - 12pm -3pm in St Kilda

Client 1:

Shift Times:

Week 1

- Monday - 12pm -3pm in St Kilda
- Tuesday – 12pm -3.30pm in Prahran
- Thursday - 12pm -3pm in Prahran

Week 2

- Monday - 2pm -4pm in Prahran
- Tuesday – 12pm -3.30pm in Prahran
- Thursday – 11am -4pm in St Kilda
- Sunday – an evening shift in the future not at commencement of service in St Kilda

Client 2:

Shifts: 2hrs x 3 week ortwice per week 3hrs (Flexible days) in Port Melbourne.

Note, in addition to the above we have a range of other shifts within a 20-30 minute drive to suit most availabilities.

Your Responsibilities

As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks:

- Community Access - assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programs
- Domestic duties - maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry.
- Personal care activities including showering, dressing andtoileting
- Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community
- Meal assistance and preparation.

Qualifications:

A Certificate III (or above) in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or similar is preferred but notrequired.

Your Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance(or willingness to obtain)
- Current and valid Level 2 First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates
- Qualification such as a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care or equivalent industry related experience (preferred but not required)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- A smartphone compatible to download our rostering app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Your own vehicle and full comprehensive car insurance
- International Police Check Certificate (or willingness to obtain) if you have lived overseas for more than 12 months within the last 10 years
- Proof of work entitlement (if applicable)
- Provide at least two professional employment references
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Caring nature and ability to understand clients and their needs
