Hyphen Connect, a Bitcoin Layer 2 project, seeks a Finance Lead to anchor accounting and payroll across fiat and crypto. You will implement crypto-native workflows and ensure robust financial reporting for a global team.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, hands-on crypto tooling (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres), and experience with international payroll and tax compliance. CPA/ACCA is a plus.
