Medix Health is seeking an experienced and passionate nurse practitioner (primary care) to join their new and growing medical practice in Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
About the Role
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services within the scope of nurse practitioners.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and develop management plans within scope of practice and MBS rules.
- Working closely with principal GP for best patient outcome.
Selection Criteria
- Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration
- Experience in primary care, general practice or community health
- Robust clinical, communication and patient engagement skills
