Would you like to be the person customers are glad they called, working for a Sunshine Coast business that backs its team?
● Sunshine Coast, Queensland
● Long-established, growing local business across commercial plumbing, residential, maintenance, gas and civil
● Real ownership of your work, with the systems and support to do it properly
● Full-time position,
The role is Operations Coordinator, supporting our Plumbing Maintenance and Civil General Hire divisions, reporting to our Office Manager.
YOU:
People describe you as calm, quick and genuinely good with people. You are often the first voice a customer hears when something has gone wrong at their place, and you leave them feeling like it is already being handled — because it is.
You are at your best when the day is busy. Phones going, a plumber needing a job moved, a customer chasing a quote and invoices that must go out — you hold all of it without dropping any of it, and you work out what matters most without being told.
You chase things down. A quote that has not been followed up, a job that has not been closed out, a part that has not arrived — none of those sit quietly on your list. You are comfortable picking up the phone and getting a straight answer out of someone who is flat out on site.
This role moves. Priorities change through the day, and you need to change with them while keeping your records accurate and your customers informed. If a steady, predictable desk is what you are after, this is not the role for you. If you take satisfaction from a day where a great deal happened and nothing fell over, read on.

You will own the administration behind our plumbing maintenance and civil general hire work.
