We are currently seeking a casualOptical Worker – within our Tinting department to join our team. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong fine motor skills, and a willingness to learn, we will provide comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you build a rewarding career in the optical industry.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys precision-based work, takes pride in quality, and is eager to develop technical skills in a specialised manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Chemical preparation of lens coating (including ability to read packaging/labelling, understand and follow chemical instructions and processes)
- Sorting, loading and transferring of lenses to be coated
- Machine operating and preparation




- Process and quality control

About You

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and precisely
- Strong Computer Skills
- Excellent fine motor skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work
- Previous optical, manufacturing, quality control, assembly, or laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential
