Getting out across Sydney every day, having real conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions

Applying the same qualifying and rapport-building skills you’ve honed on the shop floor, in a role that pays commission for them

Hitting daily targets alongside a competitive, supportive team with live coaching every single step of the way

Owning your territory, your pipeline, and your results from week one without needing to be told twice

Developing a complete sales toolkit that goes significantly beyond anything retail will ever give you
