Bacari Restaurant in Kirribilli, NSW is seeking a Full Time Chef to lead daily kitchen operations. The role offers 38-45 hours per week and a salary of AUD 80,000 per year plus superannuation.

You will manage inventory, food costing, storage standards and NSW food safety compliance while supervising cooking and presentation. Ideal candidates have formal culinary training, at least 2 years in fine dining, and proven leadership in a high-pressure kitchen workplace.
