Who We Are

We are a progressive dental practice passionate about comprehensive dentistry, high-quality treatment and building long-term relationships with our patients.

Our practice is built on collaboration, continuous improvement and a genuine commitment to helping both our patients and our team thrive.

What makes our practice special?

Modern technology: We use advanced equipment, including Primescan, MC XL milling technology, digital X-rays, CBCT, EMS AIRFLOW and DSLR photography.

We continually invest in technology that enhances patient care and welcome ideas for further improvements.

A broad range of clinical services: Our practice offers general dentistry, periodontics, cosmetic dentistry, fixed orthodontics and transparent aligners, full-mouth rehabilitation, dental implants, root canal treatment and removable prosthetics.

Structured systems and comprehensive patient management: We value organised workflows, quality treatment planning and exceptional patient experiences.

A culture of learning: Weekly team meetings, monthly business meetings and dedicated training days encourage knowledge-sharing, professional development and continuous improvement.

A genuinely supportive workplace: We’re more than colleagues. We’re a close-knit team that celebrates each other’s achievements, appreciates individual contributions and enjoys working together.

Many of our patients come to us through word‑of‑mouth recommendations, reflecting the trust we have built through our commitment to quality care.

We want you to feel supported, valued and proud of the work you do.

Your Role and Opportunities

You’ll have the opportunity to use your existing skills while exploring new areas of clinical practice with our support.

Your responsibilities and development opportunities may include:

Providing comprehensive dental hygiene, oral health therapy services and restorative services within your scope of practice.

Delivering preventive and periodontal care, including patient education and ongoing maintenance.

Working collaboratively with our dentists to coordinate treatment plans and provide a seamless patient experience.

Developing skills in orthodontics, including fixed appliances and clear aligner systems, with training provided.

Exploring myofunctional therapy, with training and support provided.

Contributing ideas to improve clinical systems, patient care and the overall practice experience.

We encourage our clinicians to keep learning, share their ideas and take an active role in shaping their professional development.

We Want You to Succeed — Not Just Fill Your Appointment Book

We understand that starting in a new practice takes time. Rather than expecting you to work at a rushed pace from day one, we’ll provide a gradual introduction to our systems, patient management approach and clinical workflows.

Your appointment book will be built progressively, giving you the opportunity to establish relationships with patients, develop confidence and deliver treatment to the standard you’re proud of.

You’ll have access to ongoing mentoring, training and support from a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Our goal is to help you become a confident, valued clinician who is trusted by our patients and an important part of our team.

A fulfilling career, with the coast at your doorstep.
