The NRMA seeks an experienced Change & Communications Lead (Membership) to join our Project Management Office. This dual-focus role drives change management across the Membership portfolio and coordinates internal communications for the division.

You will work across Agile and traditional delivery, build readiness materials, and lead Membership communications, including MyNRMA Rewards. This full-time hybrid role requires Sydney CBD or Olympic Park work with adaptable home-based options.
