ELMO Software is seeking a Director, Customer Success to lead the CS function from SMB to strategic accounts. You will report to the Chief Customer Officer, shaping capability, standards and a proactive, measurable model for adoption, retention and value.

You will manage 3 direct reports and a wider 11-person team, drive health metrics and renewal governance, and partner across product, services and sales to scale premium CS offerings.
