SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding-Functional consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) & Onboarding 2.0 Consultant with solid expertise in end-to-end implementations, configuration, integrations, reporting, and onboarding compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 3–6 years of SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding ; Onboarding 2.0 certification is preferred.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand current processes, gather requirements, and design future-state solutions.
- Configure Recruiting functionalities, including job requisitions, applications, candidate profiles, offers, applicant statuses, and Position Management and Employee Central integrations.
- Understand job postings, job boards, and social media platforms to optimize recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Customize RCM data models and develop Ad Hoc and Story reports.
- Lead end-to-end Onboarding 2.0 implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Configure onboarding processes, activities, forms, workflows, business rules, and data collection.
- Design complex onboarding solutions across multiple countries, business units, legal entities, and employee populations.
- Manage RCM → Onboarding → Employee Central data flows, including candidate mapping, employee creation, and post-hire synchronization.




- Design integrations with third-party systems such as background verification, payroll, identity management, document management, benefits, and IT provisioning.
- Work with OData APIs, REST/SOAP, Compound Employee API, Intelligent Services, Integration Center, and event-based integrations.
- Configure and customize onboarding compliance forms, including Form I-9 , e-signature integrations (DocuSign/Adobe Sign), and US employment compliance processes.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving compliance forms, e-signatures, document generation, and data synchronization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and collaboratively, and proactively resolve technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience or certification in additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver solutions across complex HR environments.
