Sunshine Coast Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker to provide high-level autonomous psychosocial services across the Emergency Department, Medical Wards, Surgical/Orthopaedics and Acute and Restorative Care at Nambour General Hospital.

This HP4 role delivers advanced psychosocial assessments, evidence-based interventions and complex discharge planning, with leadership oversight of junior staff and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
