In this hands-on role you will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare and present high‑quality kebabs, grilled meats, breads and mezze, manage stock and food prep, and ensure food safety. You will contribute to menu planning, coach staff and coordinate with front‑of‑house for timely service.
