Luke Reynolds Hairdressing is an established, award-winning boutique salon in the heart of New Farm, with more than 20 years of industry experience and a reputation for exceptional hairdressing and client service.

Following our recent relocation, we're excited to welcome new talent into our beautifully refurbished salon, featuring elegant Italian furnishings, state-of-the-art basins and premium professional haircare products, all within one of Brisbane's most desirable inner-city suburbs.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, confident and passionate Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for a well-rounded stylist who is confident across all aspects of hairdressing,



with advanced cutting skills and strong technical expertise in colouring.

From precision cuts and beautiful finishes to modern colour techniques and personalised transformations, you'll take pride in delivering exceptional results and creating an outstanding experience for every client.

You’ll have the confidence to manage your column, provide expert consultations, build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the salon.

Education is an important part of our culture, so we're also looking for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge, supporting apprentices and helping develop the next generation of hairdressers.

We’re seeking someone who is motivated, commercially minded and committed to continually developing their craft while contributing positively to the wider team.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

- A Certificate III or higher in Hairdressing.

- A minimum of five years' qualified experience beyond your apprenticeship.

- Advanced cutting skills across a range of styles and techniques.

- Strong colouring expertise across a broad range of colour services and techniques.

- Confidence in consultations, colour formulation, colour selection and personalised transformations.

- Strong styling and finishing skills.

- A proven ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.





- Experience in retail recommendations and product sales.

- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to salon growth.

- Excellent communication, consultation and client service skills.

- A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to maintaining a supportive salon culture.

- A willingness to share knowledge and support the education and development of apprentices.
