At Inspire Chiropractic, our Chiropractic Assistants are the first face hundreds of families see when they walk through the door.

We’re a well-established, community-rooted practice in McKinnon - three years in, with a loyal and growing base of practice members who genuinely love being here. Our team is tight-knit, our space is beautiful, and we take what we do seriously.

We’re looking for someone who loves interacting with people, brings positive energy to the workplace and enjoys being part of a team that helps people feel their best.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be an important part of the patient experience, helping our practice run smoothly and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels welcome and cared for.

You’ll be:

- The warm, organised presence that sets the tone for every single visit
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and scheduling
- Building genuine relationships with practice members - especially our families and children
- Walking practice members through their care plans, home exercises, and next steps
- Keeping the practice running smoothly behind the scenes
- Contributing to a close-knit team that genuinely shows up for each other
- Occasionally helping out at community events and market stalls.

You’re the right person if:

- You’re warm, genuine, and naturally excellent with people - especially kids and families
- You bring positive energy to work and it shows
- You’re organised, detail-oriented, and take real pride in getting things right




- You’re a strong communicator - comfortable chatting with practice members and working closely with a team
- You’re proactive - you notice what needs doing and do it without being asked
- You thrive when it’s busy and don’t need hand-holding
- You value health and genuinely understand why what we do matters
- You treat confidentiality and accuracy as non-negotiables, not afterthoughts
- Experience in reception, administration, customer service or healthcare would be fantastic, but it’s not essential. We’re happy to consider someone who has the right attitude, is eager to learn and enjoys working with people.

We’re open to either apart-time or casual position, depending on the right person and their availability.

Our clinic hours, including the additional time required before opening and after closing, are:

Monday: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Tuesday: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Thursday: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Friday: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm

We’re happy to discuss which shifts suit both you and the practice. Availability across a mix of morning and afternoon shifts is essential.

Occasional weekend availability for market stalls would also be appreciated.
