Rich River Golf Club in Echuca Moama, NSW, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our qualified kitchen team. You’ll own your section, mentor junior staff and contribute to menu development for dining, conferences, weddings and large events.

You will work across grill, pans, larder, fryer and banquet service, ensuring recipes, portions and presentation meet high standards. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required, with strong food safety, teamwork and the ability to perform
